At DVTEK – COMPUTERS, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The product is returned in the same condition as received
  • All original accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging are included
  • The item shows no signs of misuse, physical damage, or tampering

Certain items may be exempt from returns (see Section 6).

  1. Refurbished & Pre-Owned Products

All refurbished and pre-owned computers sold by DVTEK – COMPUTERS are:

  • Professionally cleaned, tested, and verified as 100% functional
  • Clearly labeled with their condition grade

Cosmetic wear consistent with the product grade (such as minor scratches or scuffs) is not considered a defect and does not qualify for a return.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Software, digital downloads, or license keys
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, liquid exposure, or improper installation
  • Items returned incomplete or missing original components
  1. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us before sending anything back.

Include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product name(s)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos (if the item is defective or damaged)

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  1. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

If your return is rejected, the item will be sent back at your expense.

  1. Exchanges & Replacements

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective on arrival
  • Incorrectly shipped

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

  1. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service
  • DVTEK – COMPUTERS is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

Failure to report within this timeframe may affect eligibility for a return or replacement.

  1. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a chargeback. Many issues can be resolved quickly without involving your payment provider.

  1. Policy Updates

DVTEK – COMPUTERS reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
